How to measure your pet
- Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
- Weigh your pet or use its last weight from the vet.
- If it's between two sizes, choose the bigger one.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your pet from the neck to the base of the tail and check the size guide: XS is for kittens, S and M for most cats and L for dogs up to 20 kg.
Where do I hang it?
On a door frame, a sturdy shower rail or a solid hook. Check first that it holds your pet's weight.
Does it hurt?
No: the mesh is soft and the weight is spread across the whole body. The first time, let your pet sniff it before using it, and never leave it alone while it's hanging.
How do I clean it?
With a damp cloth, or by hand with soap and water.
